Dear SoulPhone family,   Thanks very much to all of you who sent prayers and well wishes.  I am 110% better after experiencing Covid.  I say 110% because I appreciate feeling great more after feeling so lousy.  In addition, I planned upgrades for my self-care program while recuperating and am following through on those.   (Its' amazing what a difference the basics make when done regularly.  For me, that list includes exercise, meditation, yoga, prayer, rest, healthy diet, loved ones, and enjoyable activities.)   Everything is moving along well on the SoulPhone Project.  We are still working toward a practical SoulSwitch. Dear SoulPhone family,   I finally got to experience Covid.  After 3 weeks, I'm 80% better.  However, I'm still having significant coughing, fatigue, and some brain fog.  The latter two symptoms are especially detrimental for assembling a newsletter.
